The extravaganza, taking place 7-17 May, attracts kitesurfing celebrities, fans and followers from around the globe with an all-encompassing ten days of water sports and beach entertainment.
Attended by Kristin Boese, the master of professional kiteboarding, KiteJamboree™ offers a plethora of activities, entertainment, competitions and shows, suited to newcomers and lifelong enthusiasts alike.
El Gouna’s spacious beaches, ideal winds and shallow water attract multitudes of kitesurfers – including world champions – to the area, making it the ultimate water sport destination.
KiteJamboree™ will offer the following:
Kiteshow test: Unveiling of the newest boards, kites and water sports equipment
Competitions: Open to everyone from beginner to pro, judged by both professional judges and spectators
Meetings and symposiums: Discussions about new trends, equipment, rules, organisations and safety in kiteboarding
Kite safaris: Boat trips to the surrounding areas, including scenic islands with near perfect water conditions
Other activities: Introductory lessons, photography competitions, beach activities, beach parties and a fashion show.
